Maxilla Dental Clinic is one of Estonia’s first private dental clinics, established in Elva in 1989. Today, we operate six modern clinics in Tallinn, Tartu and Elva and have been providing high-quality dental care for over 37 years.

Maxilla Dental Clinic is a contractual partner of the Estonian Health Insurance Fund (Tervisekassa). Here you can find information about our agreements, covered services and receiving treatment with Tervisekassa benefits.

All adults with health insurance are entitled to a dental care benefit of up to €60 per year, while people with increased dental care needs may receive up to €105. Learn more about who is eligible for the dental care benefit, how to use it, and which services are covered.

A Maxilla gift card is a practical and thoughtful gift that can be used to pay for any dental treatment at all our clinics. Gift cards are available in denominations of €30, €50, €100 and €500.

Since November 2024, liability insurance has been mandatory for all healthcare providers in Estonia. Maxilla’s insurance partner is PZU Insurance, which provides patients with additional protection in the event of potential treatment-related harm.
